Pictured is an oil painting I did. I've always been a visual artist, however wood has gradually become my primary medium.
Through years of experience, persistent trial and error, and relentless curiosity, I have developed a significant familiarity with designing, building, finishing, and artwork. My pursuit of perfection has remained evident in every project I have undertaken.

Cabinet Refinishing
"We hired Mike to refinish our rather dull kitchen cabinets as we were updating our countertops to granite. Upon his arrival, we also decided to have him paint the kitchen. He did not disappoint and went above our expectations. Mike even took his time to sand rough glue filled spots that the previous owner hastily completed. (You can’t tell those existed now!) The best part is that our cabinets do not have a “painted” look; they look brand new. Mike was punctual, professional and has a very good eye for detail. He used low VOC paint which was important since we have a young child in the home. We wanted an updated kitchen and it’s beautiful! Thanks Mike!! We will be utilizing him in the future for our painting projects."

"I am a designer in NYC who was working on a home in Atlanta. I designed a U shaped bench for a very awkward space on the lower level. Put it out for bids on Thumbtack. Sent drawings to Mike and worked with him on details, final measurements, finishes and several small problems that arose with walls etc. The experience was a very good one. Mike is meticulous as to finished and fineness of construction. Communication was excellent. All this was done with several phone conversations but primarily with photos and internet tools. As a designer I am very specific and mike realized my design to the last detail. There is the added benefit that Mike communicates well, he is precise and he aims to please the client. I would highly recommend Showroom Finish Carpentry."

Dutch Door
"Mike has done multiple jobs st our pharmacy. We needed a swinging half door installed and the product was much more detailed than I expected with a design that exceeded expectations. I was extremely satisfied with the product to value ratio. The second job involved an outdoor type of drywall product that was peeling from our building. Mike did his homework and selected the best product for the job, then repainted the entire wall. Excellent work, sir. This man does not take shortcuts and puzzles out custom work to create replicas of antique molding."
